I am looking for someone to design a logo for my website and blog “Music Along the Way – Ideas from My Life in Music” Initially I need this logo for the title of the home page of my website (yet to be launched) but there will be other ways I will likely use it. For example I am publishing a book soon, and will be selling music on my website so will be incorporating it into those projects too.

The “along the way” part of the name relates to two things – one that relates to the fact that I am currently living and traveling in an RV while writing and playing music. It also relates to sharing ideas on my website and blog from my experiences “along the way” in my 50 years in the music business as a teacher, performer, composer and soon an author.

Ideas I came up with:
1. I found a cartoon image showing a road going into the distance with road signs:

I was thinking the signs could be labeled with each of the instruments I play – guitar, banjo, mandolin, and fiddle. Music notes could be on the road.

2. I’m attaching a photo of my SUV and trailer. Another idea is to have a cartoon type drawing of it with music notes coming out of the exhaust or blowing from the back of it as it drives along.

I’m also open to other design ideas!
