  I like your design. The following needs to be changed: delete "Newsletter date March 2015" and insert "Quarterly - March 2015". I have also uploaded my suggestions regarding formatting etc. NOT FOR PROFIT NEWSLETTER should be in a larger font.

  Dear Sir, I have made two kind of design. 1. with photo 2. without photo. I have used demo photo. Because I haven't found your photo. However Sir, If you need Any change or modify I'm ready to do that. And it is important that, I have made just one page. to complete your all audit information you need more page design.
