I need a clean server image like shown in the attached pictures. I'd like to incorporate a water or war them into it as it will be called 'Water's War'

The image must have custom designed character that features some kind of biohozard or radioactive protection suit.

The white text in the image attached is automatically generated over the image, so make sure the created image doesn't hide anything behind the text that will be overlaid.

The header image appears when you click on the server in the in-game Rust server list.

The image must be 512x256 in size.
