  like your layout, however, i do not like when you scroll the page, background remain still. You are one of two free lancers I am currently considering, so show me how my web pages will look like, just two main pages will be fine. (I need you to look at tabs)

     Thanks. I will change the css from "background-attachment:fixed" to "background-attachment:scroll" and the background will scroll with the page. Gonna working on Chinese restaurant.
