  Hi. I have some queries regarding this project. I wanted to know the things as mentioned below: 1)Location of this site as you say about local laws do not permit multi storey. 2) As you say low cost investment - need to use local material.So, location is important. 3) Any perticular no of cottages you have in your mind and requirement for cottages like no of rooms, no of toilets, kitchen/pantry, etc.

     Location: Sea Beach in West Bengal, India. Cannot disclose exact now.
     Requirement: You have a free hand to decide what goes in the resort. Winning factor will be more from Business perspective, but its an upscale resort, so cannot compromise on guest comfort.

  I understood that you want a layout for an area distributed over it some cottages on it including landscape and services and what ever makes it a resort. Am I got you right or not? If I'm right how many cottages do you need and approximately how much the length and width of a cottage in your mind?

     Yes you are right. But you have to keep in mind the points that were shared initially. Not high investment, not high maintenance cost, so not much show off, practical layout and design, clearly showing the areas with measurements.
     Number of cottages, depends on what maximum can be provided in the limited space. Dimensions of cottages upto you to decide, its a resort, we can have multiple room categories offering comfortable accommodation on a holiday.
