Should I accept projects that require me to pay a certain amount before the work is given to me?
I am a new freelancer her and was scammed on my first project. They wanted me to deposit a refundable security to make sure that I do the job or so they told me, but after I deposited the money and submitted the work they gave me. They stopped responding to my emails.
