I would like to change my area of expertise. How?

I graduated foreign languages, but I'd like to change my opportunities and approach a different area, like marketing or web design. I'm 24 years old. I must mention that I have no experience in the field whatsoever. What is the best option for me to get initiated in these domains? Where can I Iearn from? Do I have to go to university again? Thank you.
